Why This Workshop Exists
This workshop exists to offer orientation in the dark.

In this workshop, I share a simple spiral framework for understanding life transitions — not as problems to solve, but as natural processes to move through. The framework gives you language, perspective, and a sense of where you are, without rushing you toward what’s next.
This is not about fixing yourself or forcing clarity.
It’s about understanding what has truly ended, allowing what needs to fall away to do so, and gently orienting toward what is beginning to emerge.
You’ll be held in a steady, respectful space — one that supports you to sit with the unknown without collapsing into it, and without needing to escape it.
The aim is not certainty. The aim is steadiness. Self-trust. And a quieter confidence that you are moving through this in your own time, in your own way — with support.
