You arrive at a soft edge, quietly aware, perhaps a little unsteady. The world has shifted, and the ground beneath you feels unfamiliar. Somewhere beneath it all, you’ve lost your sense of orientation.

The Threshold Journey provides a contained, practical structure to pause, reflect, and map your current experience. It gives you tools and prompts to notice where you are and clarify your next steps — without pressure, advice, or improvisation.

Think of it as a gentle hand on the railing: a way to see the next step clearly when the path feels uncertain.

Who This Session Is For

This session is for women who:
💖 Have experienced a major ending or life shift — postpartum, grief, divorce, relocation, burnout, or other transformative events.
💖 Are no longer in active crisis but feel unanchored or disoriented.
💖 Sense a quiet pull to pause, notice their own presence, and begin to understand where they are now.
💖 Want a practical, empowering space to explore their current experience and next steps — without being told what to do.


Who This Session Is Not For

This session is not a fit if you:
❌ Are in active crisis or need therapeutic support.
❌ Expect advice, coaching, or a formula to “fix” your situation.
❌ Are looking for ongoing emotional processing.
❌ Prefer goal-oriented or productivity-focused sessions.

What happens in a Session

Your session is designed to be practical, empowering, and supportive, while giving you space to notice and explore your own experience.

🌟 Shift the Space & Ground
Move from everyday energy into a quiet, focused space. Gentle guidance helps you settle into breath, body, and awareness, signalling that it’s safe to notice where you are.

🗣️ Check-In & Reflection
Through guided reflection questions, you notice what feels most present, disorienting, or shifting. You take stock of your experience and see what’s asking for attention.

🧭 Orientation & Mapping
Using the Life Transition Spiral (Fracture → Threshold → Integration → Sovereignty), you explore where you might be standing in your transition. This is a working map, not a diagnosis — you choose what resonates.

🌸 Practical Next Steps
You identify 1–2 small, grounded actions to take at home. These are simple ways to reconnect, clarify, and move forward, at your own pace.

📧 Follow-Up
You receive a brief email summarizing reflections and chosen next steps, plus an optional 24-hour check-in to support integration.
